We grow cultured Mediterranean blue mussels, Mytilus galloprovinciallis, which combine delicious taste and exceptional nutritional value. Mussels have more 6% more protein than clams and provide three times more meat per pound. They are full of vitamins and minerals and low in calories and fat.
Enjoy this exquisite shellfish as a main dish, an hors d’oeuvre, or as a compliment to many traditional or exotic dishes.
We harvest twice a week to ensure the freshest mussels. By the next day in western Washington, we deliver mussels to the door of restaurants and wholesalers. To ensure the freshest product, we ice the mussels for shipping. We also ship via air from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.
We sell our mussels in 3 lb, 5 lb, 10 lb or 25 lb bags, and they can be boxed as necessary. Other bag amounts also can be arranged.

This bay is designated by the Washington State Department of Ecology as a “unique growing area” due to its pristine waters and high shellfish productivity. Strict watershed protection measures ensure that it will remain pure for generations to come.
